OpenLoop in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting to lead our engineering recruiting efforts. This player-coach role will both manage the team and own engineering leadership hiring.

You will partner with engineering leaders, build scalable recruiting processes, establish evergreen pipelines, and use data to align hiring with business priorities and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical recruiting expertise with leadership experience.
• Experience scaling a lean recruiting team.
• Proven ability to partner with senior engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiting professionals.
• Translate business priorities into recruiting plans with engineering leadership.
• Own engineering leadership hiring from conversations to closing.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, evergreen pipelines, and structured interviews.
• Improve interviewer calibration and candidate assessment.
