Job summary

OpenLoop, a remote-friendly company with HQ in Des Moines, IA, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner Lead to own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and senior engineering roles. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll strengthen sourcing, assessment, and closing and coach fellow recruiters.

You will partner with technical leaders, map talent markets, and develop targeted strategies while guiding compensation discussions and candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have technical full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growth tech environment.
• Experience recruiting AI/ML and senior engineering talent.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market research.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D roles with a focus on AI/ML and senior engineering talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate level/scope.
• Build talent maps and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
