OpenLoop is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting to lead recruiting for our Engineering organization. Reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting, you’ll partner with Engineering leaders to shape hiring priorities, grow a recruiting team, and build scalable processes that support our growth.

This player-coach role will personally own engineering leadership hiring while balancing immediate needs with evergreen pipelines, interviewer readiness, and effective reporting.

Formación

• An experienced technical recruiting professional with a strong foundation in engineering hiring and a track record of delivering senior and leadership searches.
• Approximately 2+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching recruiters and managing performance.
• Experience building or scaling engineering recruiting processes in a lean team.
• Familiarity with recruiting at scale, evergreen pipelines, interviewer calibration, and structured assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical recruiting professionals, setting clear expectations and managing performance.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to translate business priorities into recruiting plans and capacity.
• Personally own engineering leadership hiring from initial conversations through closing.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, including evergreen pipelines and structured interview approaches.
• Establish effective interviewer pools and calibrate interview quality with hiring teams.
• Own recruiting delivery using pipeline health metrics to diagnose issues and guide actions.
• Improve ATS workflows, reporting, and data quality.
• Allocate recruiting resources to balance critical searches and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with People and compensation to align hiring plans with market conditions.
• Help develop an early-career recruiting approach and coordinated interview days.
• Set high standards for candidate experience and communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
