Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting to lead recruiting for our Engineering organization. In this player-coach role, you’ll grow a lean team while personally owning senior and leadership engineering hires, translating business priorities into scalable recruiting processes.

You will partner with Engineering leaders to drive hiring plans, improve ATS data and reporting, and build evergreen pipelines in a fast-growing telehealth tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering senior and leadership searches in engineering.
• 2+ years people-management experience.
• Experience scaling engineering recruiting processes with a lean team.
• Familiarity with evergreen pipelines, team matching, interviewer calibration, and structured assessment.
• Strong partner to senior Engineering leaders and data-driven decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters.
• Translate engineering priorities into recruiting plans.
• Own engineering leadership hiring from conversations to offers.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes and pipelines.
• Improve interviewer calibration and candidate assessment.
• Drive recruiting metrics and ATS data quality.
• Balance searches with proactive pipeline development.
• Collaborate with People and compensation on market conditions.
• Support early-career recruiting programs.
• Set standards for candidate experience and interview execution.
