OpenLoop is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting to lead recruiting for our Engineering organization and build a scalable recruiting operation. You will partner with Engineering leaders to shape hiring priorities, develop a growing team, and own engineering leadership hiring.

This player-coach role requires hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to scale recruiting pipelines, improve interview quality, and provide actionable insights from data.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical recruiting across engineering orgs.
• Proven ability to build and scale recruiting processes.
• Ability to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
