Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner Lead to own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and senior engineering roles, working remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. Reporting to the Senior Manager, R&D Recruitment, you’ll lead sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies and mentor others through your expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and senior engineering roles.
• Ability to map talent markets and build targeted pipelines.
• Strong sourcing using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market research.
• Proven track record closing senior or hard-to-fill candidates.
• Experience coaching other recruiters and partnering with technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and senior engineering roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with technical hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build talent maps and engage passive candidates with market-informed approaches.
• Lead candidate assessments and tailor interview approaches by seniority.
• Advise on compensation and equity discussions and communicate OpenLoop’s packages.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and contribute to process improvements.
