Zusammenfassung

OpenLoop is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner Lead to join remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. You will own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and senior Engineering roles, partnering with technical leaders to craft role requirements and sourcing strategies, while guiding candidates through compensation discussions and closing.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, R&D Recruitment and has no direct reports.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience recruiting AI/ML and senior engineering roles.
• Proven track record closing senior technical candidates.
• Ability to map talent markets and develop sourcing strategies.
• Strong partnering with technical leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle recruiting for AI/ML and senior engineering roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with technical hiring managers to define role requirements and scope.
• Build talent maps and passive candidate relationships for hard-to-fill roles.
• Stay current on AI/ML talent landscape and translate to sourcing strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens focused on technical experience and seniority.
• Advise on compensation expectations and equity discussions with candidates.
• Coach other recruiters and share market insights to strengthen the team.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate on job descriptions communicating technical scope and requirements.
• Handle all duties with a focus on a positive candidate experience.
