Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. in Hubbard, TX seeks an MEP Construction Manager for project-based, full-time work leading field execution on hyperscale data centers and infrastructure projects.

You will oversee MEP trades, coordinate with engineering and commissioning, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across large-scale facilities. The role requires 7+ years of experience and strong BIM/CM software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of MEP construction experience on large projects.
• Experience managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and constructability reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution and coordination of MEP activities.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules to support field readiness.
• Coordinate installations to minimize conflicts and meet schedules.
• Support startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Identify and resolve field issues affecting performance.
