Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer to support preconstruction, internal coordination, and documentation control for Mission Critical program data center sites in Hubbard, TX. You will work across development and active project phases in a fast-moving environment.

The role focuses on data center site construction, coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver proposals and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects in Hubbard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in Construction.
• Exposure to data center construction or large campus/infrastructure developments preferred.
• Experience supporting data center site development or heavy civil construction for data centers.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity reviewing CAD drawings.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
• Ability to perform basic takeoffs from plans.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction, internal coordination, project plan reviews and documentation control.
• Coordinate across development and active project phases for Mission Critical program and teams.
• Focus on data center site construction in a fast-moving project environment.
