Job summary

Divcon is seeking an Engineering Project Administrator to support the Design Engineering team focused on Building Automation System projects. This role keeps project documentation, reporting, training, and processes organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced technical environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support multiple priorities while coordinating with engineers on complex BAS projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of admin, project coordination, or department support in a technical setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Experience with document management systems and multi-engineer support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Design Engineering leadership and team.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other departmental materials.
• Organize project inputs, folders, checklists, and customer requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and file structures.
• Collect and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reports.
• Onboard engineers, create training materials, and support SOP documentation.
