Job summary

PwC is seeking a Program Manager within the Scaled Engineering Services practice to lead software engineering initiatives that enable operational excellence and business agility. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and drive innovation across advisory engagements using a strong PM framework.

You will engage with diverse technologies, manage stakeholder expectations, and apply best practices in ATDD and CI/CD to deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of degree-level training and work experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Engineering Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define features.
• Ensure alignment with client needs and managed services goals.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply ATDD, CI/CD and microservices best practices.
