Job summary

PwC’s Scaled Engineering Services practice is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive software and product innovation across advisory engagements. You will lead end-to-end technology initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure disciplined planning, stakeholder communication, and consistent service delivery.

You will mentor teams, manage engagement accounts, and leverage AI and emerging tech to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining integrity and client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 12 years of experience in Engineering Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group.
• Oversee software project planning and lifecycle management.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while aligning with client needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritize features.
• Oversee integration of enterprise applications using Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Promote ATDD, CI/CD, and modern development frameworks to improve quality and speed.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen team capabilities.
