Job summary

PwC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead software and product innovation initiatives within the Scaled Engineering Services group. You will steer end-to-end technology initiatives, coordinate engagement teams, and mentor staff while championing integrity and client-focused delivery.

You will work across diverse technologies, drive disciplined planning, manage budgets, and apply open AI and microservices expertise to deliver scalable solutions that meet engagement objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience with specialized training/work.
• At least 12 years of engineering program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group, overseeing planning, execution and delivery.
• Oversee software project planning activities and manage full project lifecycle to drive outcomes.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while ensuring alignment with client needs and managed services objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and identify technology-enabled improvements.
• Oversee development and integration of enterprise applications using Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Demonstrate experience with Java, Python, SQL, .NET and C# to develop scalable solutions and microservices.
• Apply ATDD, CI/CD and development frameworks to enhance quality, speed, and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to improve performance.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen capabilities and adoption of innovative technologies.
