Job summary

PwC is seeking a Program Manager in its Scaled Engineering Services practice to lead software and product innovation initiatives within the Advisory practice. You will manage engagement team support with strong technical acumen across Java, Python, SQL, .NET, and C# to deliver scalable solutions.

You will guide and mentor teams, drive strategic planning, and oversee complex projects leveraging ATDD and CI/CD while fostering leadership development and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum years of experience in Engineering Program Management.
• At least 12 years of experience in Engineering Program Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group, aligning with requirements and engagement team support.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to delivery to drive impactful outcomes.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while ensuring alignment with client needs and managed services objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and technology-enabled improvements.
• Oversee development and integration of enterprise applications using platforms such as Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Utilize Java, Python, SQL, .NET and C# to develop and maintain scalable software solutions including microservices.
• Apply ATDD, CI/CD, and modern development frameworks to improve quality and velocity.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to improve software performance.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen capabilities and promote adoption of innovative technologies.
• Support engagement team management and drive continuous improvement in software practices.
• Understand and leverage AI and emerging technologies.
