PwC's Scaled Engineering Services practice seeks a Program Manager to lead software and product innovation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and engagement accounts. You will apply engineering expertise to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade IT systems, driving quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience for each missing year of college.
• At least 12 years of experience in engineering program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the Software and Product Innovation group.
• Oversee software project planning activities and manage full project lifecycle.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while aligning with client needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and technology-enabled improvements.
• Oversee the development and integration of enterprise applications using Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Demonstrate experience with Java, Python, SQL, .NET and C# to develop scalable software solutions including microservices.
• Apply ATDD, CI/CD, and related frameworks to improve quality, speed, and functionality.
• Coach and mentor junior staff to strengthen capabilities and promote innovative practices.
