Job summary

PwC is seeking a Program Manager within the Scaled Engineering Services to lead software engineering initiatives, mentor teams, and drive technology-driven client engagements. You will manage end-to-end programs, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations and PwC standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering Program Management is required.
12 years of experience in engineering program management or related field is required.

Responsibilities

Lead software engineering projects within PwC's Scaled Engineering Services, aligning with engagement team requirements and client needs.
Oversee full project lifecycle planning and execution to drive impactful outcomes.
Guide teams through complex technical challenges and ensure alignment with managed services objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define features, improve processes, and identify technology-enabled improvements.
Oversee integration of enterprise applications using platforms like Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
