Job summary

PwC is seeking a senior Program Manager in software and product innovation to lead enterprise IT initiatives. You will design, code and test cutting-edge applications, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects.

You will mentor staff, apply ATDD and CI/CD practices, and leverage AI and modern architectures to deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs. This role emphasizes integrity, leadership, and delivering client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; or equivalent combined with training and experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering program management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects, overseeing planning, execution and delivery.
• Develop project plans and manage full lifecycle to drive outcomes.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while aligning with client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and improvements.
• Oversee enterprise app development using Appian, Mendix, OutSystems.
• Mentor junior staff and promote adoption of innovative practices.
