Job summary

PwC is seeking a Program Manager to lead software and product innovation within its Scaled Engineering Services. You will guide end-to-end technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive disciplined planning and delivery across engagements.

You will mentor teams, apply ATDD/CI-CD practices, and leverage AI technologies to enable scalable, reliable solutions for clients. A PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 background is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with specialised training/experience in engineering program management.
• Minimum experience: 12 years in engineering program/project management.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects within the group, aligning with requirements and engagement support.
• Plan projects, manage full lifecycle, and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges while meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and improvements.
• Oversee enterprise application development using Appian, Mendix, and OutSystems.
• Support ATDD, CI/CD, and modern development frameworks to improve quality and speed.
• Mentor junior staff and promote adoption of innovative tech and methods.
• Manage engagement team accounts and coaching with integrity and authenticity.
• Apply AI technologies and emerging tools to drive value.
