Job summary

Orvix Engineering is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in the United States to manage the end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and operations.

You will coordinate with HR, IT, and departments to complete tasks on time, conduct orientations, manage benefits overview, and serve as the main contact during the onboarding period. Emphasis on documentation, compliance, and effective training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of onboarding, HR, or employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR compliance, and training.
• Experience in fast-paced or technical/engineering environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires from pre-boarding to completion of initial onboarding period.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Conduct engaging new hire orientations and introduce company culture, policies, and procedures.
• Manage onboarding documentation, contracts, tax forms, and identification records.
• Collaborate with training and department managers to provide relevant training and development.
