You will personalize experiences, coordinate with HR, IT, and managers, and lead orientation sessions to reinforce Axionova's culture and mission.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in onboarding, HR, or employee engagement.
• Clear, friendly, and engaging communicator.
• Attention to detail in scheduling and equipment setups.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Organizational savvy with multitasking ability.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Tech proficiency with HR software and onboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead onboarding programs that align with Axionova's values, ensuring each new hire is prepared and excited for their journey.
• Tailor onboarding experiences based on the needs of each new team member, making them feel valued from day one.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and department managers to set up equipment, system access, and training schedules.
• Facilitate orientation sessions introducing new hires to Axionova's culture, values, and mission.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing resources.
• Check in with new hires regularly, gather feedback, and address concerns to improve the onboarding experience.
• Document onboarding processes, evaluate program success, and suggest improvements.
