Job summary

University Health seeks an HR Program Manager to lead the onboarding program and employee experience initiatives. You will oversee the HR Connect service center operations and collaborate with leaders to ensure a welcoming, consistent employee journey from hire through ongoing employment.

Responsibilities include developing onboarding content, coordinating across departments, and guiding staff to strengthen engagement and retention while aligning with organizational values and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in program coordination, onboarding, or HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership collaboration.
• Experience leading onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding program development, coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the HR Service Center (HR Connect) operations and service quality.
• Drive employee experience initiatives and engagement strategies across locations.
• Develop and implement organizational onboarding materials and communications.
• Provide direct supervision and development for HR staff and coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and documentation requirements.
