Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR roles with onboarding.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage onboarding programs for new hires.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and job postings.
• Develop and implement HR policies compliant with laws.
• Manage employee relations and performance management.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS/ATS.
