Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager for Siteworks to lead the Application and Product Engineering functions that support accurate quoting, design, manufacturing, and installation of Siteworks products.

The role focuses on engineering performance, product compliance, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across trench drain, stainless steel, and green turtle lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• PE license required; master’s degree a plus.
• Strong knowledge of site construction practices and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication with customers, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and drafters, establishing clear goals and development plans.
• Own critical engineering metrics including On-Time Delivery and first pass yield.
• Manage BOMs, ECNs, and revision control across product lines.
• Ensure documentation: specifications, installation instructions, white papers.
• Collaborate with customers and reps to provide expert level service on sites and projects.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ requirements and applicable codes.
