Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years in product marketing or engineering.
• Experience in plumbing market or related market segment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Own product launches for the Siteworks product category.
• Analyze product performance, competitiveness, and market trends and develop strategies.
• Lead the Product Lifecycle Management Process to define strategy and create roadmaps.
• Support development of core positioning and messaging for the product.
• Responsible for pricing strategy and tactics with the sales team.
• Partner with marketing and sales to maximize product revenue.
