Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking an Engineering Manager to grow and scale engineering teams delivering high-quality software for customer-facing products and internal platforms. You will lead the Fanatics App initiative, uniting apps across brands to deliver a best-in-class sports platform.

You will work with product and design, clarify requirements, set roadmaps, drive reliable execution with KPIs, and recruit diverse engineers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of engineering team leadership.
• 4+ years building scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical guidance within your engineering vertical.
• Build and lead teams delivering software with best practices.
• Clarify requirements, negotiate priorities, and manage projects to on-time delivery.
• Work with product and design to define a roadmap for executives and stakeholders.
• Drive KPI-based transparent execution and continuous improvement across engineering practices and systems.
• Recruit, assess, and onboard diverse engineers; travel occasionally.
