Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years of direct engineering management experience.
Demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering talent.
Strong technical foundation in mobile or client-service systems.
Proven track record of managing delivery plans in Agile/Scrum.
Team-first mentality with strong communication skills.
Familiar with Agile software product delivery and SCRUM methodology.

Responsibilities

Hire, retain, and develop engineers with regular actionable feedback and career growth plans.
Lead team execution and delivery planning with clear ownership and risk management.
Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to align roadmaps and balance feature delivery with tech debt.
Establish team norms, rituals, and operational rhythms for high performance and safety.
Guide architectural decisions and maintain engineering quality standards.
