Fanatics is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams delivering high-quality software for customer-facing products and internal platforms. You will guide architectural choices, manage cross-functional partnerships, and drive engineering excellence across mobile and backend domains.

In this role, you’ll recruit and develop engineers, own delivery roadmaps, and champion data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing one or more engineering teams.
• 4+ years of experience building highly scalable and fault tolerant systems.
• Ability to scope projects with targeted dates to meet business needs.
• Communicate complex technical subjects to engineers, leaders, and non-technical teams.
• Familiar with Agile software delivery and SCRUM methodologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a hyper-growth environment.
• Team-first approach with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical expertise within your engineering vertical.

• Help recruit and onboard diverse engineers.
• Align Fanatics across teams to a cohesive roadmap.
• Stay technically engaged in architecture and quality practices.
