Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, plus manufacturing experience.
• 3 years managerial experience preferred. Virginia PE desirable.
• Experience with heat exchangers or HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancements and testing in response to market needs.
