Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager in Lynchburg, VA to partner with the Director of Engineering, define strategy, and direct resources for on-time processing of engineered-to-order orders and ongoing product maintenance.

You'll lead a high-performing team, ensure quality per ISO 9001 and Nuclear QA standards, mentor staff, manage cross-functional collaboration, and pursue continuous improvement. Promotion to Director of Engineering is expected within 6–9 months.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Manufacturing experience in heat exchangers or HVAC components preferred.
• Three years of managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancement and testing.
• Disposition RMAs promptly.
• Coordinate with QA and Shop Floor for support.
