Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking an Engineering Manager in Lynchburg, Virginia to work with the Director of Engineering, directing engineering resources, and delivering cost-effective, high-quality products.

Promotion path to Director of Engineering within 6–9 months; relocation package available. The role involves overseeing ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality compliance, and interfacing with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum manufacturing experience in heat exchangers or HVAC.
• 3 years of managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering resources to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
• Oversee maintenance, enhancement, and testing of products.
• Coordinate with director on strategic engineering initiatives.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality program adherence.
