Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking an Engineering Manager to partner with the Director of Engineering to set strategy and lead day-to-day engineering operations for heat exchangers and HVAC components, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effective quality.

You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, maintain ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality compliance, manage BOM strategies, and drive continuous improvement while preparing for a potential promotion to Director of Engineering

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with heat exchangers and HVAC components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems.
• Maintain product maintenance, enhancement and testing in response to market demands.
• Disposition RMAs timely and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality programs.
