Zaddy Solutions in Lynchburg, Virginia seeks an Engineering Manager to work with the Director of Engineering to define and implement departmental strategies, direct engineering resources, and ensure on-time processing of ETO orders, while delivering cost-effective, high-quality products.

The role offers promotion to Director of Engineering within 6–9 months, a relocation package, stock options, and a 10% STI, with potential for growth and leadership across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience involving design and development of heat exchangers and/or related HVAC systems and components preferred.
• Three (3) years managerial experience; Virginia PE registration desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems.
• Maintain responsibility for existing product maintenance, enhancement and testing as required by market demand.
• Disposition RMAs promptly and effectively.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality program adherence.
• Seek out continuous process improvements and mentor staff.
