• 10 years manufacturing experience involving design and development of heat exchangers and/or HVAC systems.
• 3 years managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate engineering resources to ensure on-time, cost-effective product delivery.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking; ensure quality and compliance with codes.
• Disposition RMAs promptly and manage engineering documentation approvals.
• Oversee welding/brazing procedures, certifications, and third-party listings.
