Ashton North LLC in Lynchburg, VA seeks an Engineering Manager to define and implement departmental strategies, directing resources to achieve high quality products and on-time delivery. This role serves as Chief Engineer for ETO orders, maintenance, and design enhancements, with a path to Director of Engineering.

Promotion to Director of Engineering is anticipated in 6–9 months. Relocation package offered; STI and LTI programs are included, along with stock options.

Competenze

• BS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 10 years manufacturing experience involving design and development of heat exchangers and HVAC components is preferred.
• 3 years managerial experience required; Virginia PE desirable.

Mansioni

• Manage departmental workflow to deliver on-time KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancements and testing per market demands.
• Disposit RMAs in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate resources to support QA and Shop Floor on demand.
