United Future is seeking an Engineering Manager in Lynchburg, VA to lead and coordinate engineering activities for heat exchanger and HVAC products. You will collaborate with the Director of Engineering to define strategic goals and ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.

The role emphasizes managing workload, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvements while aligning with ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality programs. Relocation support is available as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience in heat exchangers or HVAC components preferred.
• 3+ years of managerial experience; Virginia PE desirable.

Responsabilités

• Direct engineering resources to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Oversee product maintenance, enhancements, and testing per market demands.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality program adherence.
• Collaborate with Director of Engineering on policy and decisions.
