KLA Industries, Inc. in Lynchburg, Virginia seeks an Engineering Manager to direct engineering resources and coordinate activities for engineered-to-order products. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and emphasizes on-time processing, maintenance, and application of ASME codes.

Promotion to Director of Engineering is possible within 6–9 months; relocation package is available. The package includes a strong salary, STI, and LTI stock options to reward performance.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required or related field.
• At least 3 years managerial experience in engineering.
• Experience with heat exchangers and HVAC components preferred.
• Familiarity with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct engineering resources and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate activities for cost-effective, high-quality products.
• Maintain and improve ISO- and QA-related processes.
• Review engineering documents and manage third-party listings.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
