Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager in Lynchburg, VA to lead engineering operations for ETO orders, product maintenance and design compliant with ASME/Code sections. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and aims to deliver cost-effective, high-quality products while driving continuous improvement and ISO/NQA adherence.

Promotion to Director of Engineering is anticipated within 6-9 months. Offers a relocation package and strong compensation including STI and stock options.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum IO years manufacturing experience involving design and development of heat exchangers and/or related HVAC systems and components.
• Three years managerial experience; Virginia PE is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems.
• Maintain responsibility for existing product maintenance, enhancement and testing as directed by Sales.
• Disposit RMA's in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2008 and Nuclear Quality programs.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Consult with the Director of Engineering on policy or procedural changes.

Education

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Managerial experience

Virginia PE desirable
