Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager in Lynchburg, VA to lead the engineering team and align with the Director of Engineering on strategic objectives.

This role oversees on-time processing of ETO orders, product maintenance and enhancements, and compliance with relevant codes. Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Three (3) years managerial experience.
• IO years manufacturing experience involving design and development of heat exchangers and/or related HVAC systems and components preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain up-to-date project and sales order tracking systems.
• Maintain responsibility for product maintenance, enhancement and testing.
• Dispositio​n RMA's in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate resources to support QA and Shop Floor on demand.
