Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related discipline with 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline with 5 years of related experience.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related discipline with 10 years of related experience.
• High school diploma / GED with 12 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance and engineering personnel across operations.
• Provide engineering and maintenance services and support to packaging lines.
• Ensure on-floor support to reduce downtime and lead maintenance strategy improvements.
• Own maintenance SOPs and drive improvements to instructions and PMs.
• Manage maintenance contracts and coordinate with vendors for service delivery.
• Facilitate cross-site communication to advance technical improvements.
