Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related discipline with 3+ years of related experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or
• Associate degree with 10+ years, or
• High school diploma with 12+ years, in engineering-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and maintenance services for pharmaceutical packaging lines.
• Lead a team of maintenance and engineering personnel across operations.
• Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, triages, and process improvements.
• Ensure on-the-floor support to reduce production downtime and maintain safety and compliance.
