Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related discipline & 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline & 5 years of related experience
• Associate degree in Engineering or related discipline & 10 years of related experience
• High school diploma / GED & 12 years of related experience
• Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, or directing resources

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and maintenance services to pharmaceutical packaging lines.
• Lead a team of maintenance and engineering personnel across commercial operations.
• Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, triages, and process improvements.
• Ensure on-the-floor support to reduce production downtime; lead maintenance strategies.
• Own maintenance SOPs and implement improvements to maintenance activities.
• Facilitate communication across the site network with collaborators and vendors.
