Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years managerial experience.
• Virginia PE registration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental workflow to achieve on-time delivery and KPI targets.
• Maintain project and sales order tracking systems.
• Discontinue RMA handling in a timely manner? (curr semantics)
• Discipline and mentor staff in engineering practices.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 adherence and quality programs.
