Toast, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager focused on GTM to lead a high‑performing team delivering Quoting and Catalog Management solutions, including Salesforce CPQ and related systems. You will guide technical decisions, validate design choices, and align with Sales, RevOps, and Product stakeholders.

You will drive AI-first practices, oversee delivery operations, and mentor engineers to scale our GTM capabilities with measurable impact across Toast customers and internal teams.

Formación

• Experience delivering high-impact Quoting, Catalog Management, and GTM initiatives as part of/leading a technical team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Well-versed in Quoting and Catalog Management systems (Salesforce CPQ, Product Catalog, Pricing Rules, etc.) and technologies (REST, SOAP, ETL, etc.).
• Implementation expertise with large transactional volume and complex system design across disparate systems.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners representing Sales, RevOps, Product Management, and Data Analytics.
• Experience developing and retaining a highly talented team.

Responsabilidades

• Champion the use of AI tools and practices to accelerate development and team velocity.
• Manage daily activities of Engineers delivering new features and enhancements.
• Oversee technical delivery operations for Quoting and Catalog Management systems, including Salesforce CPQ and Product Catalog.
• Provide leadership, planning, direction, and mentor team members for growth.
• Review deliverables and contribute hands-on to complex delivery efforts, including code review across platforms.
• Lead collaborative discovery and execution ceremonies with engineering, design, QA, and research teams.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders to build trusted relationships and align on new technologies.
