Toast is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Toast Ticketing to own the product end-to-end as it scales from open beta to GA and enterprise scale. In this high-leverage IC role, you will lead the weekly engineering build loop, work directly with restaurant operators, and define pricing and packaging with GTM leadership to drive adoption.

You will leverage AI tools daily to prototype, analyze data, and accelerate execution while tracking KPIs such as ticket sales, revenue, and conversion

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience owning a complex product area.
• 0-to-1 product-market fit with commercial scale.
• Customer-led decisions using qualitative research and data.
• End-to-end revenue ownership including pricing and GTM.
• Data fluency and daily use of AI tooling.
• Strong communication across technical and business teams.

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Toast Ticketing.
• Lead weekly engineering build loop with cross-functional teams.
