Job summary

Toast seeks an Engineering Manager focused on GTM to lead a skilled team delivering AI-enhanced Quoting and Catalog Management features. You will validate technical decisions, guide scalable solutions, and partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to drive value for Toast customers and internal teams.

You will mentor engineers, oversee delivery, and ensure robust testing and quality across production environments. This role supports a hybrid work model with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-impact Quoting, Catalog Management, and GTM initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Well-versed in Quoting and Catalog Management systems (Salesforce CPQ, Product Catalog, Pricing Rules, etc.) and technologies (REST, SOAP, ETL, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with product owners representing Sales, RevOps, Product Management, and Data Analytics.
• Experience in developing and retaining a highly talented team.

Responsibilities

• Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve velocity.
• Manage daily activities of Engineers delivering features critical to Toast's growth.
• Oversee delivery operations for Quoting and Catalog Management systems, incl. Salesforce CPQ and Product Catalog.
• Review deliverables and provide code review and release planning.
• Lead collaborative discovery and execution with engineering, design, and QA peers.
• Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to build trusted relationships and align on decisions.
