Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Senior EPD Operations Manager to orchestrate Engineering, Product, and Design initiatives and translate strategic decisions into executable launch plans. The role focuses on sequencing, risk visibility, and executive communication while ensuring delivery against milestones.

You will partner with Product leadership to align roadmap execution, drive disciplined delivery, and own planning, metrics, operations, and cross-functional coordination for major initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product/technical program management or related roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication with executive presence.
• Ability to operate above the team level and dive into detail when needed.
• Experience owning cross-team execution rigor on technically complex initiatives.
• Experience defining and reporting against quantitative goals/OKRs/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide the operational rigor behind the integrated EPD launch plan across large, complex initiatives.
• Lead discussions across Engineering, Product, and Design to align milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain a high-confidence view of status, risks, dependencies, and decisions and drive resolution.
• Drive teams to plan ahead, execute against the roadmap, and meet commitments.
• Serve as liaison across multiple functions to align stakeholders and decisions.
