Job summary

Omada Health is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead two squads responsible for Omada’s Platform and Engineering Systems. These teams own work from prototype to production, including on-call rotations and budget management.

You will partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, IT, InfoSec, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement, shaping roadmaps and mentoring five engineers while driving measurable delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong people management and mentorship skills.
• Ability to set and defend technical direction while balancing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage, hire, and mentor a team of engineers (5 people).
• Own the squad's delivery: sprint shaping, prioritization, backlog grooming, and estimation.
