Job summary
Omada Health is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to own delivery across multiple squads on the Member-facing surface. You will decide priorities, shape the roadmap, and mentor teams while staying closely connected to code, architecture, and incident response.
You will partner with Product Strategists to ensure deliverability at the right cost and timeline, and you will lead growth of managers while planning headcount for future years.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
- Proven track record shipping mission-critical software to production.
- Ability to prioritize and estimate for a team, with clear rationale.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery across multiple squads and sprint planning.
- Improve cycle time without sacrificing quality and communicate changes.
- Stay technically hands-on in codebase and reviews.
- Partner with Product Strategists to align scope and delivery timelines.
- Grow managers and plan headcount and onboarding for next year.
- Define AI standards and enable reuse across squads.
- Tackle organizational bottlenecks and own cross-team initiatives.
