Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a senior software engineer to join the Solutions Engineering Team. The role focuses on designing tailored technical solutions using Omada's products and systems, and demonstrating value to customers.

You will shape cross-system integrations, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to scope feasible solutions and drive delivery with careful trade-offs. Remote-first culture with strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

5-8 years writing readable, tested, and efficient production code.
Experiences with Ruby on Rails and APIs across service boundaries.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
Experience mentoring engineers or leading projects.

Responsibilities

Shape cross-system integrations and design tailored technical solutions.
Identify reusable templates, standards, and automation for the team.
Root-cause analysis to drive durable fixes and prevent recurrence.
Mentor engineers and non-engineers on coding practices and automation.
Partner with stakeholders to scope and trade-off technical decisions for delivery.
Navigate ambiguity and create actionable technical plans.
