Bluebeam is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee development of cloud-connected SaaS and single-tenant products. You will lead cross-functional teams and act as a hands-on technical leader across product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in industry with progressive growth in responsibility.
• 4+ years technical leadership and managing teams of 5 or more engineers.
• Experience with Amazon AWS services and cloud native architectures.
• Experience implementing infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads team(s) throughout software development lifecycle.
• Recruits, mentors, coaches engineers and tech leads on a day-to-day basis.
• Sets and tracks goals and objectives with each assigned team member.
• Participates and assists with expense approval and budget planning.
• Creatively solves problems and clears roadblocks across technical and human domains.
• Conducts meetings with stakeholders to present data-driven decisions.
• Collaborates with architects, tech leads, product delivery managers, product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver excellence.
